Official Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, and you have not been able to reach a resolution though our customer support team via firstname.lastname@example.org, you can make a formal complaint by sending an email to the following email address, including your account information, and detailing the outstanding complaint.

Your complaint will be acknowledged within three working days, an investigation will be carried out into the issues raised and a full response will be provided within ten working days. Where the issue is particularly complex it may take longer to respond.
If this is likely, we will provide information on the action which will be taken and advise when you can expect a full response.
